Artisticglow provides professional repair services for small household appliances and electronics. Our services include diagnostics, repairs, part replacements, and maintenance for various devices and brands.

Service Terms and Conditions

  • Free diagnostics are provided for devices brought to our location
  • All repair work requires customer approval before proceeding
  • Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless otherwise arranged
  • All repairs include a warranty period as specified in your service package
  • We are not responsible for data loss on devices being repaired

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about device issues
  • Back up all data before submitting devices for repair
  • Pick up repaired devices within 30 days of notification
  • Make timely payments for services rendered

Warranty Information

Our warranty covers workmanship and parts used in the repair. The warranty period varies by service package. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs after service.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability

Artisticglow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

  • We are not responsible for data loss on devices being repaired. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed at the time of service
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, unauthorized modifications, or misuse after service completion
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or our services:

  • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation
  • If direct negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  • Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
  • Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for matters involving intellectual property or immediate harm

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Scott County, Iowa.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
