At Artisticglow, we stand behind the quality of our repair services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for warranty claims, returns, refunds, and service guarantees.

Return Timeframe

Warranty claims and service returns must be initiated within the following timeframes:

  • Basic Repair Package: 30 days from service completion date
  • Standard Repair Package: 60 days from service completion date
  • Premium Repair Package: 90 days from service completion date
  • Service satisfaction guarantee: 7 days from device pickup or delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for warranty service or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The device must exhibit the same issue that was originally repaired
  • No unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering by third parties
  • Device must be in substantially the same condition as when returned after repair
  • Valid service receipt or order number must be provided
  • Claim must be filed within the applicable warranty period
  • Device must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or accidental damage

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for warranty returns and service issues:

  • Warranty claims: Return shipping costs are covered by Artisticglow for valid warranty claims
  • Non-warranty returns: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
  • We offer free pickup service for warranty claims within our service area
  • Free delivery service is available for warranty repairs within our service area
  • For customers outside our service area, standard shipping rates apply for non-warranty returns

Return Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by phone, email, or in person to report the issue
  2. Provide your service receipt, order number, and description of the problem
  3. Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility
  4. If approved, we will arrange for device pickup or provide shipping instructions
  5. We will inspect the device and perform necessary repairs or replacements
  6. Upon completion, we will notify you and arrange for device return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items or situations are not eligible for return or warranty service:

  • Consumable parts and components that are expected to wear out over time
  • Devices damaged by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions occurring after service
  • Software issues unrelated to the hardware repair performed
  • Claims filed after the warranty period has expired
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties after our service
  • Normal wear and tear of components not related to the original repair

General Legal Requirements

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws:

  • We respect all applicable consumer rights and protections under state and federal law
  • Our warranty terms comply with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and state warranty laws
  • Service contracts and agreements are clearly disclosed before service begins
  • Disputes are resolved in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable law
  • Additional rights may apply under your state's consumer protection laws

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before service begins: Full refund of any deposit or payment made
  • Cancellation during diagnostic phase: Diagnostic fee may apply if work has been performed
  • Cancellation after repair approval: Customer is responsible for work completed and parts ordered
  • Cancellation must be requested in writing or by phone before service completion
  • If parts have been ordered specifically for your device, cancellation fees may apply

Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed according to the following procedures:

  • Refunds are available for service cancellations, unsatisfied service satisfaction guarantees, or valid warranty claims that cannot be repaired
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Partial refunds may apply if service was partially completed or if parts cannot be returned
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds in certain circumstances
  • Refund requests require valid service documentation and may require device inspection

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty coverage varies by service package:

  • Basic Repair Package: 30-day warranty on parts and labor
  • Standard Repair Package: 60-day warranty on parts and labor
  • Premium Repair Package: 90-day warranty on parts and labor

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship performed by Artisticglow
  • Failure of parts installed during the repair
  • Recurrence of the original issue that was repaired

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
  • Normal wear and tear of components
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair performed

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period
  2. Provide your original service receipt or order number
  3. Describe the issue you're experiencing
  4. Bring the device to our location for assessment
  5. We will repair or replace the defective parts at no charge if covered

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our repair service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your device. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Abandoned Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion notification will be considered abandoned. After 60 days, we reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed devices to recover storage costs.
